Privacy policy

Effective October 15, 2026 · Last updated October 15, 2026

This policy explains how Trophy Club handles information when you visit trophyclubz.com or contact us about the site.

At a glance

You can read our news and scores without creating an account. The site does not currently offer registration, payments, newsletter sign-ups, or visitor comments. Its application code does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers.

1. Information processed

When you browse. Delivering a webpage requires technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Our hosting and network providers may process and log this information to deliver content, protect the site, and diagnose problems. Trophy Club’s application does not create visitor profiles or a visitor account database.

When you contact us. If you message our social accounts, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your profile name, contact details, and message. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Sports content. We store news briefings, game scores, and generated score graphics so they can load reliably and be shared on social media. These content archives are not browsing histories.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the site, troubleshoot errors, respond to messages and privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our automated Facebook publishing shares sports updates and links to Trophy Club; it does not require visitors to sign in with Facebook or give us access to their Facebook accounts.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The current Trophy Club application does not set its own cookies or use local storage for tracking. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technical cookies where necessary to deliver or protect the service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect access.

Links to social platforms and other websites are governed by those services’ cookie and privacy practices. We will update this policy if we introduce analytics, advertising, or other features that change how visitor information is handled, and request consent where required.

4. Hosting, service providers, and external links

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers may process technical request information in providing hosting, security, and delivery services. Processing may occur outside your province or country, where different privacy laws apply.

We retrieve sports feeds from ESPN on our server. Visiting a Trophy Club briefing does not require opening ESPN. If you follow an ESPN or social-media link, that destination receives your connection information and handles it under its own policy. External images, if included in content, may also send a request to the image provider.

We do not sell visitor information or use the site’s application to share visitor information for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect rights and security.

Provider policies: OpenAI · Cloudflare. Other websites and social platforms have their own policies.

5. Retention and security

Messages and related records are retained as needed to respond, resolve issues, and satisfy applicable obligations. Technical-log retention is governed by the relevant hosting or platform provider. Public sports archives may remain available as part of the site’s content.

The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or online communication method can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without a social-media account and choose whether to follow external links or contact us. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy complaint.

Contact Trophy Club using the details below to make a request. Describe the information or interaction involved; we may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are subject to applicable law and any information we must retain. For information controlled by a social platform, you can also use that platform’s privacy tools. You may raise concerns with your local privacy authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable.

7. Children’s privacy

The site is intended for a general sports audience and does not offer child accounts or knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with Trophy Club, contact us so we can address it.

8. Policy changes

We will revise this page when our practices change and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before using information for a new purpose.

9. Contact Trophy Club

For privacy questions or requests, send a private message to our official Instagram account, @trophy_clubz, and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Contacting us there is subject to Instagram’s privacy practices. Avoid posting personal details in public comments.
